Having a camera in my hands as long as I can remember, I am captivated by life's moments- big and small. 
Photography allows me to preserve the details and document life and people living in this big world. Fueled by adventures, but constantly grounded in the everyday, I'm inspired to capture my surroundings in an honest and emotive way. Often taking in the context of a whole scene, I'm drawn into the spontaneity, expressions and interactions of my subjects unfolding before me.  I document, but in return create art that places me where I am on this earth.

I am a wife and a mother of 3 who’ve all flown the nest. We've lived in Fairhope, AL for over 22 years and now spend some time out west. In addition to photography, I love to cook, travel, hike and spend a lazy afternoon and evening on my screened porch.
